Getting another one in the Book for Devon Mind! A great but tough event! A rugged 10K through some steep hilly sections of Plymouth in which 6 Members took part in. For some this was a chance to set a new Running best, but for others this was a chance to push their self and set their own bar, which they all did!! A great Charity event and its amazing to be working alongside such a charity who values align so close to this of RC Coaching Community
