What can I say?! Ricky is the best of the best! Not only has he helped me find confidence in being able to go to the gym on my own but also confidence in myself as a person. After years of feeling like just a Mum and a Wife, I finally feel like me again, and I wouldn’t have done it without Ricky and the incredible community he’s built! There is so much support from the other members and always fun stuff to get involved with. 100% recommend Ricky to anyone!

When I took the plunge to get a PT, the most important thing to me was to find someone who made me feel comfortable. From the first consultation, Ricky made me feel at ease, he really took the time to understand me and my goals on a in-depth level, this was way before even stepping into the gym! My main goal coming to a gym was to work on my confidence and strength after my injury and Ricky has been so supportive since the second I stepped into the gym. I’ve now been having regular PT sessions with Ricky for almost a year and I’ve never been so confident in the gym and I’m also the strongest I’ve ever been. My whole mindset on the gym and exercise has change and I’m so grateful for Ricky’s support and guidance.

Ricky at Ricky callow coaching is such an inspiration to me and he has helped me to get back into doing what I love the most and enjoy the gym. Having Ricky as a PT was a big step because I thought I know what I was doing in the gym. Clearly I was wrong and needed helps in some areas and he has helped massively! I was never able to do a squat now i am squatting most legs day. Thanks for being amazing Ricky keep up the great work!!

4 months later after my first review below and I’m still at it! I have no doubt that this is down to Ricky, his motivation, coaching and support is second to none! I gave myself 2 weeks when I first started my fitness journey, now I’m almost 7months in and it’s become a way of life! Even climbing Snowdon next week with Ricky & the team - who would have thought!Thank you for everything Ricky! 😌Amazing coach and person, truly cares about his clients and helping them to achieve their goals. Ricky is building a community who support each other to be the best they can be. I have come so far in the past 8 / 9 weeks and I’m super excited to see how far I can go with his support. Ricky has made me feel at ease, not self conscious and has slowly helped to build my confidence (I’m no longer hiding in the corner of the gym!). Ricky thank you so much! 😊

An amazing experience. As a not so young person I have found a new confidence in myself that I never had before. I have trained in different sports all my life mainly kick boxing and Thai boxing I decided at 53 that it was time to lift some weights to gain some muscle to support my ever aging frame …. I’ve wanted to learn how to squat and deadlift safely within the parimeters of a man my age … Ricky has changed my technique and my strength has increased so much that I really notice it 👊 I cannot recommend him enough and will keep training with him ….. I know a lot about coaching and how it should be delivered… he’s always on point 👊
