Taking a well needed bit of downtime, some of the RC members headed on out in their Saturday best for a Team Meal and Team drinks! Just a great way to mingle and get to know one another! This turned out to be a great evening full of laughs, smiles and some not so seen before dance moves!! Just a small reminder that Health and Fitness hasn’t got to be a serious set of rules, but more so something that fits into your life and your lifestyle!
